Accommodation

No tents. No sleeping bags on gym floors. Everyone gets a bed.

Bajka is a lakeside cabin setup, all just a few steps away from the water.

Mostly 4-person, plus a few for 5 and 6 people. Your ticket secures you a spot in one of them.

Cabins are assigned on arrival, first-come, first-served. But if you already know who, you’re coming with – groups of 4, 5, or 6 – drop us an email at wooboodoo.music@gmail.com and we'll sort it out in advance.

Coming solo or as a pair? Also fine. Let us know and we'll place you somewhere that makes sense.

And if there’s space, we might be able to squeeze in an extra bed or two. Just reach out and we'll figure it out.

Travel & Shuttle

How to get there?

Fanfary takes place just outside Ostróda in northern Poland, tucked away by Lake Drwęckie.
The closest airports are Warsaw and Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa. From there, rent a car or take a train or bus to Ostróda.

By train, Ostróda is well connected from:
Gdańsk (2h)
Warsaw (2,5h)
Bydgoszcz (2,5h)
Poznan (3h)
or even Berlin (6h)
Long-distance buses connect from most major Polish cities too. From Ostróda station, Bajka is a short taxi ride away.

By car: Bajka, Wałdowo 48, 14-100, Ostróda. Parking available on site.

By bike: if you’re eager - this is the dream route. The area is full of forests, lakes, and quiet roads, perfect for easing into the weekend.

However you get there, the journey is part of it

Independence & Ethics

Fanfary is a small, independent project. The second edition will happen only if we all chip in.

First and foremost, your contribution covers your spot – a real bed in a real cabin. That’s the point. You just show up, drop your bag, enjoy Fanfary and don't think about logistics again until Sunday.

Beyond that, the money goes into making the whole thing happen: the venue, sound and lights, transport, artists’ fees, production and infrastructure.

For transparency – we, as organisers, don’t take any financial profit from this.

our space

Fanfary is for people who care about music and want to experience it in a good environment.

We want everyone on site to feel free, comfortable and welcome – no matter who you are, where you’re from, how you look, who you love or what you believe in.

No discrimination. No harassment. No hostility.

Not on the dancefloor, not in the cabins, not anywhere on site.

Our team will be around and easy to find. If something doesn’t feel right – find us and let’s talk.

Rules

The point of Fanfary is simple: good music, good people and a weekend in nature. Be respectful, take care of the space and you’re guaranteed to have a good time.
It’s really not that complicated.

Disrespect others, trash the site or ignore the rules and you’ll be asked to leave.

By buying a ticket, you agree to that.

Respecting the Land

We are guests of the forest and the lake. Help us keep both in good shape.
★ Cigarette Butts – they don’t belong to nature. Use ashtrays and make sure nothing ends up on the ground.
★ Waste – be mindful of what you leave behind. Let’s keep the site clean.
★ Animals – all furry friends are welcome at Fanfary!
